I want to use it for gaming like the Sims 4 with expansion packs, mods, CC - games like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Dead by Daylight and similar games. I also want to use it for personal things - some pictures/music/videos. Ideally I’d like to multitask while playing (Sims, other autonomous games). Which what suit me best do you think?

    There’s not much benefit for gaming beyond the i7. So the 14700k if you have money to spend. But an i5 (13600k or 14600k) would still be more than fine. Even an i3 (13100) would be fine.
