I feel like I’d figure that out in three minutes or less.
I’m kind of obsessive about silencing unwanted notifications, bings, beeps, etc.
She gets a notification when its on silent mode?
What app sends that notification? Is there an icon? a message?
Why would you post this garbage here? One of the only reasons I still use reddit is to avoid brainless shit articles yet they’re slowly creeping into this platform too.
Ha! I had this bug a couple of iPhones back. It was an alarm set from the previous phone that got copied over during set up.
Tech doing a glitch. Apple will tell her to restore it before any hardware is repaired/replace. I’ve seen iPhones do weirder shit than this.
What things
I’ve been running the betas for years, and it gets a little goofy sometimes
Once my phone was stuck showing my screen oscillating gently in the middle of portrait and landscape mode. It was just casually wiggling at me for ten minutes.
Another had the voice assistant giving me random facts about birds for a couple of days. That one was low key fun.
Currently the new Journals app keeps crashing, or really chewing up the processor at the moment. Mildly annoying, but it’s a beta app so that’s a given.
she’s holding it wrong
Loook at her hair. You think she’s using her phone right?
Look at that comment. You think this person has any friends?
So she’s tried everything except backing it up and restoring it and then slowly adding things back.
to turn off an alarm? Seems like a bit of overkill.
An alarm that she hadn’t been able to fix for several years. Did you even open the article?
Do you believe everything you read, becsuse if she cannot find some setting she she as hell cannot back up, restore and extensively troubleshoot her phone.
If you restore the phone and you can’t slowly add everything back because everything is back with the restore. She said she doesn’t want to do a factory reset and add the apps back individually.
My car makes this really weird noise, but I don’t want to take it to a mechanic to have it fixed, maybe if I just open and close the glove box that will solve it.
My first thought was make a 2nd alarm at 9:25 with a silent MP3.
It’s wild that someone telling a story on social media is presented as news. Wonder when the first time creepy pasta will break news so many sources!
You think it’s wild that someone telling a story on social is presented as news? lol have you been following politics at all for the past 10 years or so
Yes, and it will continue to be regardless of how common you feel it is. Especially when so many people only read headlines it will always be worth commenting on.
Especially while media literacy is so poor it’s important to talk about this stuff so people can distinguish between articles that are fact checked & have multiple sources & articles that are a summarize a tweet.
More and more these fundamentally different products are presented next to each other & blur together in the minds of people who don’t even know what the standards are which are not being met.
>You think it’s wild that someone telling a story on social is presented as news? lol have you been following politics at all for the past 10 years or so
You might want to read better publications.
Doubt, looks like an influencer
She ain’t influencer, she is a manipulator…
It could be a fitness app or something. I don’t have an apple, but on my android phone I had an exercise app that I could set alarms from, and they did not show up in the normal alarm spot but would still go off.
I haven’t even read the article, but the way she looks and the fact this is from tiktok just screams “fake story” to me.
The article is one of those that makes you want to give up on the internet.
I hate to say it but I did the same. The second I saw her style I was thinking yeah she’s making this shit up.
Attention attention attention. Give give give. Reset your phone or stfu
Businessinsider, how far you’ve fallen.
Five years and didn’t think of a factory reset. What a fucking idiot
