No idea which one to get but I’m sure that I don’t want to pay the price of the original one. Any recommendations worth a mention??

I would just spend the extra for official, you know its designed for the deck and gets firmware updates from valve.
Official its 89€ while 3rd parties from Jsaux and others cost just 25€, does it justify the price diff??
Third party docks always have an increased risk of bricking the system when compared to official docks, this is a lesson many people learned years ago with the Switch.
Buy the official dock, it’s not worth cheaping out on.
The official dock comes with a spare charger, I believe. That in itself warrants the extra cost.
