I have downloaded from the emudeck, install a firmware update but wont launch and read game; i have set the games on the rom files on ps3 but wont read it in emu station nor the app, any tips?

You need to copy you game file to home-> deck~> emulation-> roms-> ps3
Then open the steam deck rom manager can parse the folders
