Considering a new gaming notebook, eyeing the Lenovo Legion Pro with a 1440p 16 inch display.

As a competitive gamer focused on titles like League of Legends, I’m hesitant about the potential size issue on a 16-inch 1440p display, having been accustomed to 1080p. I have the fear that things will look way smaller and harder to click on 1440p.

Am I wrong here, 1440p is fine for comepetitive games and its just a matter of habbit ?

Any insights on whether opting for 1080p on the notebooks 1440p screen might result in an odd appearance or black bars?

i think it’s better you just try it out at hand then make assumptions over the aspects of downgrading simply to what you’re used to and getting more better detail over what you can actually do with no issue

1440p for competitive is fine, if people can game on CRTs at 480p and still get to the objective I see no problem for the higher level

I also went for a 1440p one with 16inc it has not arrived yet but I am also mainly a league player and this is my concern too. Hope someone can answer it!
