Price. The plus was C$1100 with 512 gb and ultra was $C1500 with 256gb. I want a large phone with a large battery to replace my S10+, while the ultra has ltpo, better camera system, bigger screen and battery, these are good but doesn’t justify the huge premium over the plus, and my S23+ is already a great flagship, a huge improvement over the s10+, so I don’t regret going with only the plus.
