I have a ROG FLOW X13 GV301QH MB._16G/R7-5800HS, been using it for 2 years on a daily basis.

Yesterday i plugged it after the battery was fully drained and it didn’t get charged before that it was working completely fine. Then today i took it to service centre and they handed over a repair cost of ₹70000(840$).The laptop itself costs around ₹100000(1200$). A local shop told me that the power supply is short and there would be a repair cost of ₹25000(300$)

I am in Delhi, India. If someone knows a better solution please help.

And also if someone can help me get my data from the ssd. I don’t t know the model.

You need to go to a reputed local repair shop, I know a few from Mumbai but Delhi will have to lookup. Something like this ideally shouldn’t cost you more than 5k in my experience. To get your data from the SSD, the part in middle of your battery and right fan, it looks like a network card but it’s just a small M.E 2230 size SSD. Take it out of there and put it in a NVMe SSD case or another laptop’s/Computer’s PCIe slot and you should be able to access the data.
