So gutted. Steam Deck Oled arrived today and seems dead. Tried charging with different cable. Different socket. Holding all manner of combos of buttons for 10 seconds. For 20 seconds. The led charging light won’t come on and neither will the steam deck.

Any ideas?

    Same here. I connected the charger and saw orange/white LED (for like half a second) and those were the last signs of life…

    Valve really seems to have a bad QC…

    All of the LCD Steam Decks have a faulty wifi chip (as in faulty by design, every single one will have problems with certain APs and it’s Realtek’s fault).

    Same Here. OLED 512 GB came today. I also think I shortly saw orange/white charging LED, but unsure while plugging power or while trying to power on for the first time.

    No light since then. Charger works. But no LED on Deck.

    Support Case for RMA is already open. No answer yet.
