How can I remove this overlay? Just got it, updated it, installed Hogwarts Legacy and this popped up so I check to see if the performance overlay was on, it was not, so I rebooted it, tried changing the overlay off an on but it only stacks the stats on top of this screen. Kinda lost

That is the HDR overlay not performance one so needs to be turned off on the correct menu option.

Press Steam -> Settings -> Display Settings and you’ll find some HDR settings, including an overlay. That is where you would disable this.
