After letting the thermal paste settle, updating the drivers and configuring the memory settings correctly, the temperatures look much better. Idling at 70 - 80 degrees now instead of 80 - 90. Your cooler isn’t mounted properly or you’re using a cooler that is inadequate for this chip. If this is something that has happened before with an AMD chip at idle then you need to look up how to install a CPU cooler properly. Your CPU will run terrible if that’s your idle temps nevermind load temps.

You have not fixed anything. Your cooler isn’t mounted properly or you’re using a cooler that is inadequate for this chip.
If this is something that has happened before with an AMD chip at idle then you need to look up how to install a CPU cooler properly.
