Is this (M2 Pro) the best Macbook deal right now? Pro or Air (I’m still considering all options, from the $750 M1 Air up to the new M3 Pro)-

Looks like the same price ($1599) however the one at Best Buy is new and not Refurb. What are your thoughts? I haven’t had a Macbook since my '09 Pro but I’m looking forward to using one again.
