So I’m doing some research and I’m thinking of getting the red transparent backplate from JSAUX. I’m not sure if they’ve changed their models up or anything recently, but currently are they worth getting?
I’m worried mostly about overheating and the little metal cooling pad JSAUX backplates have. I’ve read varying things.

Choose the newer vented version! It’s insanely great and if you want to have the best (coolest and quiet setup, then you should additionaly change thermal paste to Honeywell PTM7950. There are great video reviews and tutorials from Cryodeck and Baldsealion they both did a lot of research and measuring and it’s great.
Will the back plate still be a good idea if I have the dbrand case ?
