Anyone else having to increase previously set TDP values to higher values with 3.5?

I’ve been playing a lot of games with low TDP like 8 watts at 60fps previous to the 3.5 OS update. Now I need to increase the TDP limit or toggle it off completely.

The first time I noticed it was with Chiaki which I’d set to a TDP limit of 3 watts which still gave me 60fps streaming from PS5. After upgrading to 3.5.5 Chiaki is only managing about 30-40fps from PS5. Had to increase the TDP.

Checked other games too which I had low TDP values set and need to increase TDP for those too.

    Short: TDP didnt work as you would expect before the update and would actually draw more power. Now its using less. If you set it a higher tdp to get same performance, total power consumption should be the same.
