    I’ve been looking for AiO PC for my parents to replace the ancient 17 inch laptop with 2nd gen i7 in it because they haven’t used the portability of a laptop ever, it’s basically been a desktop replacement for them for 12 years, and most laptops nowadays don’t come with 17 inch screens anymore (only few expensive ones do and even with a 16 inch you’re lucky to find an affordable one) so AiOs which are at least 24 inches are the way to go for them.

      You might be better served by mounting a mini-PC on the back of a monitor. Daniel Owen on youtube has done a few reviews on them. You’d probably have fewer headaches from a serviceability standpoint.
