Anyone else having issues with their OLED not connecting to the internet during set up??? I’m so sad. Tried everything to troubleshoot my internet. No other devices connected are having issues either. Narrowed it down to the Steam deck itself having issues. :(

As others have said turn off the 160MHz band on the router, there is obviously a driver issue (same as intel chipsets had when WiFi 6 came out).

Unless you live in a place with very little chance of interference there is no need to have 160MHz band running. The speed benefits are usually negated to the point of where you actually have a worse experience due to it being so susceptible to interference.

Had to make a guest 2.4 network to get it to connect. All the other troubleshooting I found didn’t work. Sent a ticket and praying this is software and not hardware.

I found that switching my 2.4 from just WPA2, to WPA/WPA2 fixed the connection issues right away!

I was having issues connecting to my network (I have a TP link router and extenders). Turned off “OneMesh” and it connected right away.
