I’ve tried to search this sub but not having much luck so looking for advice. I’m looking to replace a 7 year old tv with something 4k and the S90 and QN90 caught my eye (both 55”). I spend about 2/3rds of my time with the tv on gaming and the rest watching Netflix/ Amazon prime.

What is the difference between each (I know one is OLED the other neo QLED) and does anyone have any recommendations? It would be in my flat living room so generally light during the day but dark at nights when I’d spend most of the time with the tv on.

    I’d go with the QD-OLED. It’s gets plenty bright enough. The only reason I’d ever consider the other one and it’s not even a big issue really. Is it lacks a polarizer so the black levels will be slightly raised to look more grayish under bright and direct light.
