I guess I wait for customer support to respond but it’s a huge bummer for me. It won’t turn on and the light won’t come on if I put the charger in. The charger will work on my switch. It’s very annoying.

OMG Same! I had mine boxed up and was waiting for the RMA and I tried the CMOS reset and it worked!
