I went to update some games today and I had a os update, so I took care of it also.

I’m not sure if there was an issue with its power source, but something happened.

Its now stuck on a SteamOS screen. Black background. Says: Current Image B Previous Image A Current Image B + Boot Menu Previous Image A + Boot Menu –ERASE USER DATA FROM DECK–

No buttons work. The touchscreen does not work. I think it’s turning off with a single push of the power button but that screen comes back on so fast after a single push…

I’ve tried the Volume up and power button until a beep thing. It never beeps and the screen just cycles through a flash of some screen I’ve never seen before, black and the same thing I described above. I’ve tried holding the power button for 10-12 seconds and it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

Before this update everything was working perfectly fine.
