So I found this at a discount and the price is really good but I don’t know anything about good laptops am looking for a laptop that will last for 3 years minimum also going to use it for school work and gaming the only game am mostly going to play is Roblox so is it good
It depends on your use this u letter means its not for gaming just save the power that is coming in your processore

This laptop is better suited for multitasking with general purpose stuff like researching and making a presentation and other stuff open all at the same time. This setup seems suboptimal for gaming. Get yourself a used gaming laptop as others mentioned, but also do your research befkre you continue further. Core count isnt everything if your base clocks are really low, we all know that laptop cant handle the thermals of a full load all 8 cores 4.5ghz boosted for longer than a minute before thermally throttling and locking up. Lots of gaming configs typically opt for cheaper low capacity ssd to move your current games on to and then a cheaper higher capacity mechanical drive to offload the less frequently accessed data. 2gb of memory on the gpu is very very low for gaming. Even if your card does hit good marks in benchmarking peformance, a decent amount of games still wont let you turn up the settings simply because its calculating too much memory usage. There are plenty of vidros that showcase various games running on various cards, granted often with a beefy cpu to prevent bottleneck but can still give you an idea when comparing cards side to side. I reinforce the point to do your research before continuing further.

The RAM and storage are easily upgradable after removing seven screws from the bottom fo the laptop.
Garbage. But for roblox specifically, its more than enough for not 3 years but 10 years so dont worry.
