I bought the Steam Deck 64GB version like a day before the new versions were announced (sigh) but I decided to just stick with it because I wouldn’t be able to afford the OLED versions and I bought an SD card to help with storage anyway.

And so far this thing has really helped me get through my backlog. When I was just gaming on PC I’d have far fewer opportunities to game and when I did, I’d just stick to my usuals - The Binding of Isaac, Slay the Spire, Tekken 7. Or I’d just do game dev.

But now that I can game when I’m sitting on the couch, sleeping over at my parents, taking public transport, etc. I’m finally clearing my backlog of games like Celeste, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, Hellblade.

And I think that’s one of the biggest strengths of the Steam Deck.
