I had a random thought before we went on holiday to grab my old hdmi to usbc display port cable.

A couple of days later, my wife had an itch to watch x files - the holiday cottage tv doesn’t have Disney plus, but my phone does! Hook up and we’re watching just like that!

What is this an android??

I could do this starting with my iPhone 5s. What’s different about it with the 15? You just don’t need an adapter? Or do you still need an adapter?

My Android phones have consistently exhibited this behavior. While I use Android daily, I’ve observed that iPhones offer greater versatility. With the introduction of USB-C to their devices, I believe they are poised to gain a stronger foothold in the market.
