Is there any reason games perform very poorly when I launch them in desktop mode as opposed to when I launch them via gaming mode? I dock my deck on an extra monitor at work when I work over night and honestly love having it on desktop mode. I’ve noticed lately though when I try to play anything that way though everygame I’ve tried feels like I’m trying to play through a PS1 or something. Nothing very demanding either or anything I’ve had issues on the Deck with before. I’ve also noticed it always needs to update everything when I dock it somewhere else, is there any reason it needs to do this every time? I have noticed playing things through gaming mode generally perform the same as handheld for me. Is it the settings on the Deck itself when in gaming mode in play here?
