Hi y’all! I’m planning to submit my Steam Deck OLED in for the RMA process with Valve. I wanted to get some idea of how long the whole process may take. If anyone has any experiences to share, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!

    I doubt a single person has received a returned RMA on the OLED yet. It’s been, what… 4 days since they started arriving?

    Sent in my original deck to have the right bumper repaired. Upon them receiving it it got shipped back to me in about a week.

    Had dead pixel on launch LCD deck and the whole thing took about two weeks from the first response to my claim.
