I’m having issues with call of duty black ops 3. The game crashes during cinematics and cutscenes. I have no idea what causes it and was just wondering if anyone had any tips to mitigate it. Thanks

    try proton ge and report back here if it fixes it. It crashes on cutscenes due to some issues with codec for video playback. Proton ge is supposed to have a fix for it. Also try proton experimental if proton ge does not work.

        I did a little experiment. I trashed the video files and the crashes still occurred. This means whatever is causing the crashes happens during the cutscenes but isn’t directly caused by them.
