Desktop is being weird with files. If I save a file onto my desktop from Chrome, it doesn’t appear even after refreshing. If I open dolphin, the file will be there (location desktop). If I want the icon on my actual desktop, I can click and drag it from dolphin onto the desktop (it will show in both dolphin and desktop after choosing “move here” confirming this is the same location). The only other method to get files to appear on desktop is to restart.

Another issue is I cannot drag and drop files into Chrome to upload, as they are identified as 0 bytes. They can be upload if I use dolphin, though.

Anyone ever face these issues or is there something I’m unaware of when it comes to linux, the desktop, and dolphin?
