Hello everyone, Basically I just updated my old lenovo legion Y540 with New legion 5 pro. I have spare charging cable that I possibly want to integrate into my working desk, as I already mentioned it is 230 watt charging brick, My new Legion came with 300W charging brick. Want to know how well it will work and will I see any changes in performance, charging speed, or will it cause any side effects?

    There is a slight chance it might reduce CPU\GPU clockspeed during usage, so as to not overload the charger.

        the max tdp of the GPU is 150w and the CPU is 45w, totalling 195w. If we say add another 20w for the other components then that’s about 215w total. So the 230w charger should be fine but it’s close so there’s always a chance there is a minor decrease in performance.
