Hiya!

I just got my OLED steam deck (uk)

Started it up and did the setup, both trackpads worked during the setup

As soon as I entered the home screen, wanted to check if everything is working, and the controller test in the settings is showing contact for the left trackpad, but not the right. absolutely no input from the right.

Is there an easy fix? Or am I going straight into RMA hell.

    I’m having the same issue, please let me know if you find a solution, I’ve tried a lot of different resets :(

      Power off and power on (dont restart) your steamdeck atleast twice, If that doesnt work, power off and enter the bios and exit the bios (the right pad should work in bios)

        Right trackpad isn’t working in bios either… ugh it was working for like 5 days straight before this!
