Not GoW specifically, but I was just trying to decide something similar over the weekend regarding Kingdom Hearts PS2 vs PS3 remasters. In the end I opted for PS2 with 2× upscaling after doing some reading between emulating both machines. Because PS3 used such a weird architecture, it uses more battery and produces more heat on the Deck vs emulating PS2 games
