My iPhone 12 Pro Max has this weird issue which I need to plug the cable into the iPhone and then plug the charger into the socket… if I do the opposite it doesnt start charging… I notice this issue after upgrading to iOS 17 and I tested with several different charges and the same happens when I try to connect to my macbook
In short, nothing happens if I plug the cable into the iPhone first…
Has anyone seen this?

It’s never works on the contrary.
It’s started after updating to iOS 17?
