Macro to press a button every X seconds until toggled off, possible?

Hi
I want to create a toggle where when enabled, it presses a button every 10 seconds until I toggle it off.

Is that possible? I read around about the TURBO thing, but that usually involves holding down the button, rather than a toggle on/off switch.
