Just started to have this issue, but on my Steamdeck, it reports time as being 1 hour behind actual no matter which time zone. (atm of this writing its 11:05, but on deck it reports as 10:05)

Its an bug with the internal clock, look up youtube how to fix this. You run a script that resets the clock to match the real time, you need internet access on deck for it to work.
