Don’t have an OLED model yet but this is how I play demanding games on my Deck. 4090 runs nice and cool, barely taking any power playing games at 1080p/60 and streaming over remote play.
Played 110 hours of Baldurs Gate 3 this way. I still prefer running games natively, and for the most part I do.
