I bought this phone off amazon unlocked for tmobile, when I switched my sim card over it asked me for a MCK code saying that i tried the network unlock code too many times but i never entered a code. Who do i need to contact? my provider or the amazon seller?
You need to ask for a refund. They sold you a locked phone, and a master unlock code is near-impossible to get out of Samsung
