Hi all fellow Redditors

I apologize if this isn’t the appropriate sub for inquiries, but I’d appreciate some guidance on gaming laptops (or non-gaming) for buying this Nov biggest event - Black Friday (saving a few bucks is always great, isn’t it?)

I’m not well-versed in hardware, but I have a preference for a minimum of 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD (for saving HD videos, sometimes for coding and 2-3 hours of daily gaming).

Budget is not really a concern (but prefer under $2k), and factors like portability and battery life are not a top priority since I mainly use my laptop at home, though occasionally, I do take it to coffee shops.
Some Redditors have mentioned Zephyrus M16, Lenovo Legion Pro. But I also want to see for more suggestions.

Thank you so much for any recommendations

ThinkPads, any of 'em, specially the P and X series.

Mainly enterprise-grade laptops since they’re somewhat built to last, some just happen to be great for gaming and general use.
