One of my Fairphone earbuds refuses regularly to connect to my Fairphone 4. I already tried resetting the earbuds inside the case and sometimes this works. Sometimes when I leave the defective earbud on, it comes on by itself after ten minutes or so, but usually not. What other options are there to fix defective earbuds?

    Earbuds are not repairable sadly (thats why fp not sell those anymore). You can still get a replacement if nothing works

    I had the same problem sadly there is no fix. just contact support. they will send you a new one if in warranty.

    as someone else pointed out already sadly you can’t repair those as they are not manufactured by fairphone. Its just a fairphone branded product from a 3rd party.
