Do you think, is this as comortable as holding PS5 oraz Xbox pad? Playing souls like games is trouble-free?

Given roughly the same ergonomics, If you turned it into a controller, it would be way more comfortable than either of those. The only controllers coming close would be the 8bitdo ultimate And the PS5
