I got the wrong steamdeck sent to me, instead of the OLED 1TB I ordered, I got sent a 64GB LCD. I filed a ticket with Steam Support but I haven’t had a response in 24 hours.
Any one know how long they typically tend to respond. I am £569.00 down with a sub par deck, am a bit concerned the support ticket hasn’t been responded to.
I opened a ticket Friday to unlock my account, cause it got hacked somehow, and now all the community staff doesn’t work and still waiting for a response.
I hope that for deck they answer a bit faster

they are usually really quick. i was able to cancel/refund my LE and ordered an oled 512 on the same day within a few hours.
but as of this moment they are probably swamped with support claims.
It’s the height of the holiday season/Christmas shopping season in the USA. Lots of people are off work for thanksgiving still ( which was last week and most people travel for it to stay with family etc) so it’s not surprising that they haven’t gotten back to you yet. Especially with the oled deck just launching and then already busier than usual dealing with orders/returns/issues from that. Just give it time, they’ll get back to you. This is probably the busiest time of year in the USA
3 days with the last message being “We are looking into it” which preplexed me. What is there to look at lol, you sent me the wrong deck than the one i ordered for. Am giving them the space but wow it is a bit silly.
