when do steam decks typically ship. Placed my order on the 17th. Then got an update on the label being created on the 22nd… it’s the 28th and still no update besides the label being created. I know I might sound like an impatient brat, but why so long 💀

    Create a support ticket and ask about the status of your order. When I ordered mine on the 18th and didn’t have any update until the 23rd, I made a ticket, and the next day it was posted. I’m still waiting for it tho

    I ordered in the 16th, it was shipped the 21st and since then no update. Steam says it could take 4-8 work days so they got till thursday. I just think they lost mine 🥲

    Apparently GLS sent orders to the wrong sorting hubs in the UK. Ordered launch day, same boat as you. No updates. Had to contact parcelforce to be told that my parcel had been sent back to GLS from the wrong hub.

      Ordered 29mins after launch (soonest the steam would let me)

      Parcel force put it out for delivery 3 times and it still hasn’t shown up, I wish so bad they’d let us choose to pay for better shipping, I’m sure everyone would fork out the money to avoid this absolute mess.

    I’m in SoCal and placed my order Sunday (11/26) morning and yesterday my 512gb oled got shipped. It’s out for delivery today so literally next day shipping 😐 I would contact them cause that’s a long time.

    Since you’re not the first person this happens to, I lowkey feel like they’re shipping newer orders first rather than oldest to newest 🤷‍♂️

    I’m in Florida, ordered the day after launch early. Was stuck on payment processed for 3 full days. Item packaged for the next 4 full days. Finally shipped on thanksgiving morning and I haven’t heard anything about it since. Supposedly it’s going to arrive Thursday……

    That’s crazy. SF Bay Area, ordered on 21st, packed on 22nd, shipped on 24th, and came in yesterday on the 27th. They shipped mine with UPS.
