Guys, which one of this will be better? Price difference is 50-100$, so almosot the same. But I really like that Max version have 32 RAM.

Probably both will be huge overkill for my needs (online business owner, calls, messengers, browser, light - medium photo and video editing and maybe gaming once in a blue moon), but I have money to throw and want decent laptop, which will replace my 2011 killer machine on i5-3520 and gt640m.

The choices:

MacBook Pro 16" M1 Max 10/32 / 32 GB / 1TB

P.S. should I buy silver or space grey? Also, should I save money buying refurbished or not worth it?
