I’m curious - why do you pick iPhone compared to other smartphone brands? (Google Pixel, Samsung, OnePlus, etc.)

(I’m also going to be asking in other phone subs, hope this survey goes well)

My then work laptop that I got to keep was my first interaction with a MacBook. This was early 2020. Never had the money to invest in Apple products before that. Was laid off from that job but couldn’t keep the laptop. Was using an android all that time. Found it a little difficult to transfer photos or stuff from device to another. Also owned an iPad since 2018 as a farewell gift from another job before. Oneplus 7T that I bought in 2019. In 2022 my OnePlus has finally had enough. It is sluggish to the point where I can’t even turn off the alarm. Overheated till it switched off and I had to let it cool down. Finally gave in, got an iPhone. Then my Oneplus watch stopped working with the ios. So got the watch.

And then the AirPods because suddenly it became very important to be able to switch earphones between devices 😂

The ecosystem eventually sucks you in. Which is why I ask people to not buy any Apple product if you don’t plan to get atleast some of the others 😂
