Are there strategy/tactic games that are better on Steam Deck than on PC? I’ve only found one so far - Slay the Spire. I’m a fan of this games and I wonder if they can be played on this device as well as on a PC, or maybe SD is just dont dedicate to startegy and similar?

OG Starcraft, Stellaris and Supreme Commander FA are all bangers, if you manage to get yourself a proper controller layout and game/launch settings. Battlebrothers plays pretty nice too.
Do you count tycoons or city builders as strategy ?
If so, I found them really fun to play on the deck for some reason. I think the cozy form factor works well for that kind of games.
Played a lot of Jurassic World evolution 2 and OpenTTD for exemple, it’s great.
I consider Against the Storm a strategy game. I prefer it on Steam Deck.
If you like Slay the Spire, I also recommend Monster Train on Steam Deck. I played a ton of that on SD.
Pretty much any turn based game (that in itself works on the Steam Deck) plays great - Persona 5 Royal, Banner Saga, Darkest Dungeon, Wasteland 3, 40k Chaos Gate Daemonhunters, Gears Tactics, Blood Bowl 2, Battletech, Expeditions Vikings/Rome…
