Is it possible to wire a power button like this to the arcade box console If so can some one tell me the process

If the power button on the console is a temporary switch, then I’d think so, since what these buttons do is a quick short.
If the console uses an on-off toggle switch, I don’t think so.
Biggest trouble is probably making it fit in a small enclosure, assuming the console has a power button at all.
How does the console turn on anyway?
