13F here, I’m wanting to get rid of my obsession with my Ipad, I usually mindlessly scroll on youtube, Pinterest, etc. My parents have told me multiple times to not be on social media (youtube, Pinterest, tiktok, etc.) but I just can’t help the obsession! I need help with this.

Screen time allows you to set time limits for apps. It’s all about self control.
You have to develop discipline like a muscle. Put the devices down and take a walk. Learn to just sit and daydream for 20 minutes with no stimulation. Practice it and you’ll realize the devices are pretty boring and you were replacing your own mindfulness with endless videos and pointless entertainment.
