How long is it taking steam to respond for return or rma requests? Been almost 48 hours and no response whatsoever.

    I’m sitting on 36 hours. What a fucking joke of a company. Don’t let you even call in to someone and just can’t be fucked to respond promptly to people who just spent close to $1000 on a new valve release
