Only thing holding me back from getting an s23 ultra is the rather “ugly” software compared to stock pixel despite having better features and functionality.

there were apps in the past i used when I was running RETAIL phones, such as power shade or similar check it out. also honestly the s23 ultra has such an awesome display
Dont think so but if its that big of an issue you can aleays just go for custom roms
