I just returned the galaxy buds2 pro they just don’t fit my ear and feel super uncomfortable. I loved the sound but I can’t wear them for longer than 10min. I really love the shape of the old Calbe Apple earbuds and I would be willing to sacrifice some features for apples 3rd gen airpods if they fit perfectly. Has anyone any experience with airpods on Android? I also have an iPad if I ever need an Apple device for setup or anything.

I use AirPods Pro with my iPad, iPhone and Samsung phone. I only use them because they’re the only ones I’ve found that are comfortable. Anyway it isn’t as seamless as with Apple products but no real issues.

Ok thanks. Should be good enough for me since I always have an iPad to setup the airpods it shouldn’t be a problem. Everything is better than cable earbuds

Imo I would get the sony wf1000xm5. Airpods work fine, but for noise cancelling the sony is the best.

I’ve been using the AirPods (2nd gen) for S8, Flip3, and now Flip5 without any issues. However, you won’t know the battery level (unless I think there’s a 3rd party app for android), but since you mentioned your iPad you can quickly check that way too. Also, there’s no controls like you would have with an iPhone (ex: music stop playing if you take one off, the tapping to control volume, etc)

Been using 3rd Gen Airpods for a while now and no issues. Happier using them than my original Galaxy Buds or the Huawei Freebuds Pro.
