I got a Samsung Galaxy s23.

I’m running out of storage so I decided to sync all my photos to Google Photos as I didn’t like OneDrive.

After syncing to Google, if I delete my pics from my gallery, would they also delete in Google Photos? What would be a better option if they do delete off both ends?

    i use google photos, if delete some pics in gallery on phone i need to go to Gphotos to delete them also. So yes, if you delete them on phone they will stay on gphotos, that is the meaning of it. But be carefull as if you delete them in Gphotos they will be also deleted from your phone :)

    Just put your photos on a SD card and bu to computer. Yes, what ever you delete on gphotos deletes from galley.

    Google how to prevent this. I am sure there is something
