Honestly, depending on the position and kind of state the pixel is in (off/stuck) I’d be on their side. I’ve had a few phones with dead imoled pixels some of them fixed, some of them didn’t but it wasn’t a big deal because of the position. Up to you, at least you could try to refresh them 🤷
