The Vision Pro will have an H2 chip inside, which, when paired with the 2nd Generation AirPods Pro (which is also powered by the H2 chip) , will be able to do ultra low-latency lossless audio. When the Vision Pro was first announced with this chip, I thought it would be a no-brainer for Apple to start including it in future Pro products. After all, low-latency lossless audio is pretty important for audio professionals. But the iPhone 15 Pro wasn’t announced with the H2 chip, and now the new M3 MacBook Pros weren’t announced with it either. This feature would help them sell more AirPods Pros, so I don’t see why they haven’t started doing it yet.

If they use 5Ghz for MacBook and iPhone, we’d get shitty streaming reception the further we are from said device. Least with the Vision Pro, the air pods are literally right next to the device at all times.
