    It appears the order for lowest latency for OLED is:

    90fps/90hz > 60fps/60hz > 45fps/90hz

    All three feel very good so depending on the game performance and what type of battery life you want these are the best options.

    higher fps = lower input latency

    screen refresh rate does not affect input latency, it only affects frame pacing and how smooth the game feels.
